Notice Preservation (MIT / ISC / Apache-2.0) vs Visible Credit (CC BY)
As noted on the SVG Nexus compliance guide, when you inline React, Vue, or HTML SVG code, keeping the upstream library's copyright and permission notice in your public documentation, /credits or /licenses route, or bundled THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt satisfies permissive notice preservation cleanly.
Creative Commons Attribution packs (such as Twemoji and selfh.st Icons under CC BY 4.0, or OpenMoji under CC BY-SA 4.0) go one step further: follow the TASL rule (Title/Collection, Author, Source link, License link + modification note).

Every library on SVG Nexus Developer Docs exposes its preserved upstream notice at https://www.svgnexus.com/icon-library-notices/{libraryId}/LICENSE.txt (for example, /icon-library-notices/phosphor/LICENSE.txt), making it trivial to archive the exact legal text alongside your icon components in Git.
